Returns
At L'ARTE, we want you to feel like the best version of yourself while wearing our creations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (oh no!) we want to help make it right. You have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return. If a return is not initiated by contacting us by the 14th day after your order has been delivered, all items become ineligible for return. Contact us at info@lartecompany.com to initiate a return. Items sent back to us without following proper return protocols will not be accepted.
After contact with our return staff, you then have 7 days to mail us the return item. To be eligible for a return the item must be in original, new condition. Items that show signs of wear or washing will not be eligible for return. Your return needs to include the seed paper mail out card. Failure to do so will result in additional fees. We will email you a return label to print. You will be responsible for covering all return shipping costs except in any case where we are responsible for the cause of the return or exchange such as the order being incorrect or incomplete. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable.
Refunds
You have two refund options:
-A credit to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving your return.
-A gift card to our online store issued as soon as we receive your return.
Exchanges
All exchanges begin as a return. Once the return is accepted you can make a separate purchase for the new item. See exchange options below. Return guidelines can be found above.
Exchange options:
-Size exchanges are assisted.
If you are interested in exchanging your purchase for the exact same item (style/design/color) but for a different size, L'ARTE will assist in the new shipping cost. The buyer must begin by returning the item and is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. This cost will be deducted from your original order refund. L'ARTE will cover the new shipping cost of the exchanged item being shipped back to you! This will be in the form of a L'ARTE digital Gift Card which you will use to purchase the same item in the different size. Please review and understand all of the return policy instructions/guidelines found above. We need to receive and inspect the product before the store credit is issued. The customer will then place a new order using the issued store Gift Card. Covering the cost of shipping for a size exchange is only offered one time per order. Contact our team at info@lartecompany.com to initiate an exchange.
-Exchanges for different items/styles are covered by the buyer.
If you are interested in exchanging your purchase for a different item or style, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer. The customer will complete a return for the unwanted item and conduct a completely new order for the new item. Please review and understand all of the return policy instructions/guidelines found above. Contact our team at info@lartecompany.com to initiate a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For the safety of our staff and customers, face masks are final sale and are our only items that are not returnable/exchangeable. Thank you for understanding.
We highly encourage you to use the same black compostable shipping parcel bag that you received your order in IF it is in good condition and can be reused. We want to minimize our carbon footprint anywhere we can. Please ensure that it can properly protect the returned item.
